For whom?

For the undergraduates and graduate-level students of leading Universities, who are goal-oriented, successful in their studies, committed to speedy professional development, with fluent English, who have already chosen a career in the spheres of telecommunications, IT, marketing, finance or economics.

Where?

Kyiv, Donetsk, Lviv

Students from other regional Ukrainian universities will be invited for participation in Jump into life:) program next year.

When?

Information about the start of applications receipt will be announced on December 2010.

How much does it cost?

It’s free.

What’s in the program?

The total period of internship is five months.

The first two months are dedicated to theoretical introduction, 2 days a week for 4 hours.

In the next three months theory is combined with practical work in various department of the company (3 days a week).

Throughout the period of program each participant will be receiving advice and support from a personal curator, a member of life:) staff.

At the end of the program each participant will have his/her performance evaluated (through presenting the qualifying project) and will be provided with consultancy on career development.

Each participant will receive a certificate confirming involvement in the program.

What’s the history?

In the year 2009 the pilot program has been successfully launched which covered only Kyiv-based Universities. As a result, 8 graduates received job offers and were employed with Astelit. Jump into life 2010 was a pilot program for leading regional Universities of Lviv and Donetsk.

Next year we plan to invite students from other regional Ukrainian universities for participation in program.

Selection stages?

Stage 1: Analysis of application forms and CVs;

Stage 2: Telephone interviews;

Stage 3: Open group training session;

Stage 4: Individual interviews;

Stage 5: Testing;

Stage 6: Proposal to take part in the programme.
