LLC “Astelit” informs that personal data - “information or total data realted to physical person that is identified or can be specifically identified” (in edition of article 2 of the Law of Ukraine On Personal Data Protection No. 2297-VI, dated 01.01.2011),submitted by You earlier based on a free will in the process of the agreements’ conclusion or other legal deeds with LLC “Astelit” performance,- will be included into relevant personal data databases of LLC “Astelit”, being formed and which are subject to registration according to the Law of Ukraine On Personal Data Protection. Personal data of the subjects of personal data is not disclosed under such data bases registration!
LLC “Astelit” shall assume that Your consent for processing of personal data for legal purposes, according to the aim, identified in relevant legal deeds, subject of the agreements and liabilities of the parties, is proved, unless in a 20-days term- written motivated demand on destroy of personal data, provided during agreement/legal deed conclusion, is received. The rights of the subjects of personal data are defined by article 8 of the Law of Ukraine On Personal Data Protection.
All new customers, subscribing based on a written agreement on telecommunication services’ provision, or registering without a written agreement conclusion, have to provide the consent on their personal data processing. They are also informed of such data inclusion into personal data database of LLC “Astelit” telecommunication services’ consumers by putting a tick in the customer’s card together with the customer’s agreement conclusion. At the same time the moment of personal data inclusion into relevant database is the date of the SIM-card activation, indicated in relevant agreement on telecommunication services’ provision (customer’s agreement).
According to Ukrainian legislation, internal procedures and standards of LLC “Astelit”, the European Council Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data, LLC “Astelit” takes all appropriate measures to protect personal data of its customers, consumers, employees and counterparties.

Please consider a new edition of the Conditions and procedure for provision of telecommunication services by Limited Liability Company “Astelit”, approved by the Order No, 262, dated 21 March, 2012, with the aim of unifying all amendments introduced by the separate orders, as well as specifying certain definitions and improving the provisions of the Conditions, besides, with regards to cancellation of a certificate on state registration of legal entity and physical person — entrepreneur and in line with, in particular, legislation on personal data protection.
Amendments and specifications cover the definitions of “Promotion”, “Roaming”, “Traffic”, extending the content of ordering the value-added services etc. The obligation of the Subscriber to independently watch upon the amendments to the valid Conditions, prices/tariffs/conditions of the servicing, published according to the legislation (p.4.2.), as well as the volume and kinds of the Services received is prescribed (p.61). Moreover, the procedure of repayment of any part of unused funds, subject to the refusal from the prepaid Services, is improved (p.17), the rights and obligations of the Operator and Consumers are specified (Sections ²V-V), the criteria according to which the Operator may temporarily limit the use of the Services by the Subscriber is improved (p.72), and the necessity of going through identification in cases the consumer refers with the issues of blocking/de-blocking, change of SIM-card, receipt of PIN/PUK code or obtainment of information regarding a number, different from the one he/she calls, is set (p.104.1.).
