Today keeping in touch with friends and relatives via SMS, MMS and e-mail has replaced the former tools of communication, for example, traditional “snail mail”. In the same way as we used to treasure letters that were precious to our hearts these days we also need to keep the warmest messages from friends and relatives. Unfortunately, the capabilities of mobile phones are limited and often we cannot keep all messages that we would like to save in the memory of a mobile phone or a SIM card.

The Messaging Centre is the service that will allow you to save SMS and MMS as well as the Voice Mail messages, which you would like to save, at one place.

By using the service you will be also able, upon connecting to the Internet, to create and send SMS, MMS and e-mails even to multiple addressees simultaneously. The Messaging Centre is an alternative means of communication, since it is much faster and convenient to create and send SMS and MMS with a computer rather than with the keypad of your mobile phone.

What advantages does the service provide?

The service will enable you to:

store SMS, MMS as well as voice mail messages received from your friends and relatives in the Messaging Center
send SMS, MMS to your friends and relatives from the Messaging Center; you can send a message to multiple addressees simultaneously
use a personal mailbox for sending and receiving e-mails
keep a phone book with the contacts of recipients

How to activate the service?

To start using the service, you have to activate it and register.

You can activate the service in one of the following ways:

Send an SMS MC[space]On to number 125
Dial *125#, select lifebox more, Communicate category, then Messaging Center and Subscribe.

To register:

Click on the link http://mc.lifebox.com.ua
Fill in the registration form by typing in your first name, last name and the nickname that will be used as a part of your e-mail address
Read the Service Agreement carefully and if you agree to be bound by the terms of the Agreement, click “Accept”

How to use the service?

To save an SMS, MMS or voice mail messages in the Messaging Center, forward it to number 5115.
To view messages stored in the Messaging Center, log on to http://mc.lifebox.com.ua, enter your number and SuperPasword. In the Inbox section you will see the saved messages.
To send a message from the Messaging Center:

Log on to http://mc.lifebox.com.ua, enter your number and SuperPassword
Choose the Create option, then the type of message that you want to send, for example MMS, SMS or e-mail, enter the e-mail address (for sending e-mail) or number (for sending SMS or MMS)
Press the Send button

Who can use the service?

The Messaging Center service is available to all life:) subscribers.

How to deactivate the service?

You can deactivate the service in one of the following ways:

Send an SMS MC[space]Off to number 125
Dial *125#, select the Communicate category, then Messaging Center and Unsubscribe.

Automatic deactivation of the service

Monthly service fee is charged on the first day of each month. In the event that at the date of payment of the monthly fee your bonus or main account falls short of the required sum, the service will be deactivated. To resume using the service after a refill, you will have to reactivate it.

There is no activation fee.
Monthly service fee is UAH 10 (with VAT and without PF tax). Please note the following: upon activation of the service you are charged for the next month the payment for the next month’s usage.
Sending SMS, MMS and voice mails to the Messaging Center (to number 5115) as well as sending more than 10 SMS and 10 MMS* from the Messaging Center is charged according to standard tariffs:

SMS — UAH 0.39 (with VAT and without PF tax)
MMS — UAH 0.78 (with VAT and without PF tax)

^* Attention! When using the service you have the possibility to send 10 SMS and 10 MMS from the Messaging Center on a daily basis without being charged extra.
