* Worth Knowing:

After each refill with 10 UAH or more you get 1000 min. for 0 kop. to call to life:) numbers, 100 life:) SMS for period in accordance with the sum of refill (for example, refill with 10 UAH is calls for 0 kop./min. and 100 SMS for 10 days). Thus from main account 5 UAH is paid.
After each refill with 50 UAH or more you get UNLIM to life:) numbers and 100 life:) SMS for 50 days. Thus from main account 5 UAH is paid.
Otherwise, calls within Ukraine will be charged 0,35 UAH/min.
Bonus minutes and SMS added up and used above all things those which have the least term of action.
SMS granting and 5 UAH charging take place only once in case of refill several times per calendar day. Thus bonus minutes are granted with each refill.
Calls to the fixed-line phone numbers and to numbers of other mobile operators of Ukraine, minute of conversation – 1,00 UAH/min.
SMS within Ukraine mobile operators - 0.39 UAH.

Tariffs are quoted in UAH including the VAT. Fee to the Pension Found amounting 7.5% off the service value without VAT is additionally withheld.

Subscription and Replacement of the Tariff plan

Subscription and changing the tariff plan to the “Free life:)” are prolonged till 30.09.10 inclusive.
After commercial starter pack’s activation you will be granted by 100 free SMS within Ukraine during 14 days to inform relatives and friends about your new number!
Individual subscribers of all tariff plans have opportunity to change current life:) tariff plan to other acting life:) tariff plan only one time a calendar month. In case of tariff plan change all bonuses added to bonus account according to the terms of acting tariff plan are canceled. Initial bonuses that subscriber received with new starter package life:) are keeping.
To change a tariff plan, the following steps are to be done:
- From your handset dial *143# and press “call” button;
- Send SMS to number 143 indicating the name of the plan you wish to switch to: FREE LIFE for switching to the “Free life:)” tariff, SIMPLE for switching to the “Simple life:)” tariff, FLAT for switching to the “Flat” tariff;
- Please visit the Customers’ Service Centers or exclusive life:) sales points, the subscriber will require SuperPassword to change the tariff plan;
- Please call to life:) Call Center 0 800 20 5433 or 5433 in life:) network.
In case of migration form “Free life:) classic” tariff plan to “Free life:)” “Friend & Family Numbers”, “Yearly stock” and “For Beloved” promotions become invalid.
For subscribers of the tariff plan “Free life:)” 30-second billing after the first second will apply for the calls within Ukraine. A 30 second unit of time will be applied for billing of the calls lasting less than 30 second duration.

LLC “Astelit” reserves the right to establish and change tariffs (tariff plans) for telecommunication services, according to the Law of Ukraine “On Telecommunications” dated November, 18 2003 № 1280-IV, change the list of such services, as well as change the terms, timing of its launch, terminate prematurely, suspend it prematurely, unilaterally etc in accord with the Terms and Conditions of Providing Telecommunication Services by LLC “Astelit”.
