Tariffs are quoted in UAH including the VAT. Fee to the Pension Found amounting 7.5% off the service value without VAT is additionally withheld.

For subscribers of the tariff plan “Simple life:)” per-minute billing after the first second will apply for calls within Ukraine. A one minute unit of time will be applied for billing the calls lasting less than one minute.
For international calls per-minute billing of time will be applied from the first second of call.
Calls to “Value added services numbers” are charged according separate tariffs.
Tariff for forwarded calls are calculated on the basis of the cost of outgoing call depending on call direction.

Subscription and Replacement of the Tariff plan

Subscription or change of tariff plan is prolonged to 30.09.10 inclusive.
After commercial starter pack’s activation you will be granted by 100 free SMS within Ukraine during 14 days to inform relatives and friends about your new number!
Change of a tariff plan is charged UAH 10. In the case of activation of a starter package with the “Free life:)” tariff plan a subscriber can change tariff plan to “Simple life:)” free of charge during 30 days after the activation date. In case of activation of a starter package with the “Simple life:)” tariff plan a subscriber can change the tariff plan to “Free life:)” one time without additional payment.
Individual subscribers of all tariff plans have opportunity to change current life:) tariff plan to other acting life:) tariff plan only one time a calendar month. In case of tariff plan change all bonuses added to bonus account according to the terms of acting tariff plan are cancelled. Initial bonuses that subscriber received with new starter package life:) are keeping.
To change a tariff plan, the following steps are to be done:

From your handset dial *143*2# and press “call” button;
Send SMS to number 143 indicating the name of the plan you wish to switch to: FREE LIFE for switching to the “Free life:)” tariff, SIMPLE for switching to the “Simple life:)” tariff, FLAT for switching to the “Flat” tariff;
Please visit the Customers’ Service Centers or exclusive life:) sales points, the subscriber will require SuperPassword to change the tariff plan;
Please call to life:) Call Center 0 800 20 5433 or 5433 in life:) network.

Legal Information

LLC “Astelit” reserves the right to establish and change tariffs (tariff plans) for telecommunication services, according to the Law of Ukraine “On Telecommunications” dated November, 18 2003 № 1280-IV, change the list of such services, as well as change the terms, timing of its launch, terminate prematurely, suspend it prematurely, unilaterally etc in accord with the Terms and Conditions of Providing Telecommunication Services by LLC “Astelit”.
