Worth Knowing

• To subscribe to life:) on a contract basis, visit life:) exclusive sales points
• Terms and conditions of the “Super life:)” tariff plan are valid on constant basis;
• In case of purchasing a phone by a loan the percents of the amount of each refill will not be accrued. Subscription to the “Super life:)” tariff plan does not entitle to a loan for a phone and accrual of percents of the amount of each refill.
• The amount of required monthly fee can be used upon discretion of subscriber during the reporting calendar month;
• For all individual contract subscribers the unused amount of required monthly fee which was paid in the current month is not transferred to a bonus account and withdrawn for complete access to the network till 20 date of next month. In the case of incomplete paying or not paying of required monthly fee in the current month the amount of balance at the end of month is transferred to the bonus account and can be used subject to the terms and conditions of bonus account usage;
• Tariff plans maximum duration of one outgoing call in the life:) network is 30 minutes.
• For subscribers of the tariff plan “Super life:)” per-minute billing after the first second will apply for calls within Ukraine. A one minute unit of time will be applied for billing the calls lasting less than one minute.
• Calls to “value added services numbers” are charged according separate tariffs.
• Calls forwarded are charged according to tariffs applied to outgoing calls depending on the destination.

Subscription and replacement of the tariff plan

• Subscription and replacement of the tariff plan for “Super life:) 50” are prolonged till 30.09.2010 inclusively.
• The replacement of tariff plan is free of charge in case of preserving the same amount of required monthly fee or increasing it. Individual subscribers of all tariff plans have opportunity to change current life:) tariff plan to other acting life:) tariff plan only one time a calendar month. In case of tariff plan change all bonuses added to bonus account according to the terms of acting tariff plan are canceled. Initial bonuses that subscriber received with new starter package life:) are keeping.

Legal information

• Tariffs are quoted in UAH including the VAT. Fee to the Pension Found amounting 7.5% off the service value without VAT is additionally withheld.
• The cost of outgoing calls to life:) numbers in the tariff plan “Super life:)” are included in the cost of required monthly fees.
• LLC “Astelit” reserves the right to establish and change tariffs (tariff plans) for telecommunication services, according to the Law of Ukraine “On Telecommunications” dated November, 18 2003 № 1280-IV, change the list of such services, as well as change the terms, timing of its launch, terminate prematurely, suspend it prematurely, unilaterally etc in accord with the Terms and Conditions of Providing Telecommunication Services by LLC “Astelit”
